Announcing the Winner of "Confessions of an Entrepreneur"

TORTOLA, BVI, November 22, 2016 – The Global Entrepreneur Week wrapped up on November 20th, 2016, and with its close COSME announces the winner as voted by the public on Facebook of their Confessions of an Entrepreneur contest - Ms. Cristal Legrand of SSSAS Ambassador in Sint Maarten.

“We extend a huge congratulations to Ms. Legrand for her entry and commitment to entrepreneurship. It is entrepreneurs

like her that are important for future growth in the region.  We recognize the potential impact new entrepreneurs can have on the OCT’s economic future. By profiling these aspiring entrepreneurs and supporting them as they grow with management strategies, human resource techniques and marketing, it increases the possibility of job creation and productivity growth in the OCTs and that is a mission critical for COSME,” said Diana Hendrickson-Fleming, COSME, Key Expert.

Ms. Legrand, the proud owner of SSSAS Tourism, is a brand new entrepreneur bubbling with enthusiasm and commitment for her upcoming opening. She offers a unique SSSAS experience to her vacation-bound clients looking for a “multi-island multi-experience[LW1]  in the Dutch, British and French Caribbean islands.” It is her passion that came through in her well-articulated video that the audience voted for, making her the 2016 winner for the Global Entrepreneur Week contest, Confessions of an Entrepreneur.

This contest generated regional awareness for the entrepreneurs beyond just their social media friends and clients sharing the videos and voting through Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Over 1,800 visitors engaged with the COSME Facebook contest page during Global Entrepreneur Week, November 14 – 20, 2016.  Ms. Legrand’s winning video can be seen on the COSME website:

I could be mistaken, but this sounds like it could be a direct quote from her submission video – if so, you should put quotation marks around the phrase “multi-island multi-experience.”  (Essentially, to avoid plagiarism.)
