COSME’s stands for Caribbean Overseas Countries and Territories Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. Its mission was to improve the regulatory and business environment for business support organizations in support of SMEs in the Caribbean OCTs. The program was thoughtfully designed and executed providing the tools necessary for competitive success of SME’s from the 12 OCT’s.

The OCTs are home to many brilliant entrepreneurs with growing businesses.  The governments and private sector representatives of the OCTs understand and appreciate the private sector as a back bone of the economy.

The COSME Programme’s funding ends on September 26, 2018. Governments of Aruba, Curaçao, Turks and Caicos and Bonaire with support of Anguilla and in close cooperation with local and regional business support Organizations have decided to sign a joint declaration to continue working together to strengthen their economies and achieve growth.
